what kind of paint is needed to paint interior plastic parts and not have it rub off?

 

I found some interior paint at JC whitney- comes in about 10 colors, $18 for a can, $15 for a paint-to-plastic primer, and another $15 if you want clearcoat. You might not need all that stuff though.

 

I believe Prime who did his yellow, used regular automotive spray paint.

 

I did mine with very light coats of Rustoleom spray paint in my basement and interior clear gloss from Lowe's and spen about 6$ a can and used about 3 cans of each on my interior. I also spent 2 weeks appyling, drying, and clear coating it, but it all pays off in the end and it looks really good. With about 7 or 8 coats of clear, nothing will dent it at all so that i what I suggest jsut amke sure u take ur time if u go this route.
