Ring of Mold and Mildew on Convertible Top
I'm about to "seal the deal" on my 2nd Firebird Vert.
It's a base model, white with tan interior and tan top. It has paint issues in the way of peeling clear coat, which I really don't care about right now, but it has about a 2" band of black mold/mildew that wraps around the base of the top from door window to door window.
Anybody have any success in cleaning this stuff off, and what did you use?
Thanks!

Mold cleaners will work. Vinegar does too but it takes a few weeks for the smell to leave.
