Camaro nose

I have a quick question. I've been pondering was to re-enforce the front nose of the camaro to keep it from dragging when going over dips or up driveways. I have a '87 Z28, and my friend has a '92 RS and we're trying to find out what to do so we don't have to purchase new fronts from the manufacturer. Has anyone else solved this problem..... I've attached this pic to see if you're able to see the damage on the nose front.....

I solved the problem... it's something I call being careful. My IROC came with a freshly repainted front ground effect in November, and 2 months later it is still flawless. When I pull into driveways that are steep or have a curb, I always go at an angle. I try to drive parallel to the curb, then turn slowly into the driveway. When parking, I make sure I don't hit the cement "stoppers" or just back in to avoid them. So far no problems at all. Good luck.

The only thing you can really do to reinforce it is remove it, sand the inside of it with real rough sandpaper like 80 or 140, and put a few layers of fiberglass inside it. I did this to the nose on my car to get rid of the sagging dents on the flat spots right in front of the hood. When I get my 85-90 T/A front end i am going to glass the entire inside of it to prevent it from sagging. I will also do the rear bumper and maybe the ground effects.

Reinforcing it won't keep it from dragging. Maybe from breaking off, but not from scraping. They're pretty flexible, its just a matter of keeping the paint on.
