get video on computer?

get video on computer?
I took a video of my car tonight, it has a great clip of hearing my exhaust, how can i get it from the video camera on to my computer, what will i need.

If you have a digital video camera, get a firewire card for your computer and video editing software. Not sure what else you'd need. If your video camera is analog, you'd need a video capture card, and quality ones are very expensive. You can burn up to 30 minutes or so of DVD video onto a CD-R, or get a DVD-RAM.

I just realized you may have been talking about audio only, and if so run your audio outputs of your camera to the input jack on your audio card and use Windows sound recorder (start>programs>accessories>entertainment) or an aftermarket recording program to record the sound and save in .wav or .mp3

Anyone know how to upload a video on to a website to host it? Or what website to use? Hopefully by spring I'll get some vid clips of my car, but I don't know where to host them.
