blisters

does anyone know if the blisters will fit over the louvers without removing themt

If you removed the mounting studs i guess its possible, but then how are you going to hold them down, and the real question..... WHY ??

They are designed to attach in the same location as the louvers. Remove the louvers and install the blisters.
