Polishing SLP Runners

I would like to polish my SLP Runners while they are off the car. Does anyone have any tips about doing this. I read the tech. article on polishing the plenum and figured it would be the same for the runners, right?? Please let me know what you guys think. They look pretty easy, do you think it will take very long. Thanks

its pretty time consuming. it is the same process as the plenum but there are alot more tight areas
