Shift Knobs for a B&M Ripper Shifter?

Shift ***** for a B&M Ripper Shifter?
This thing is MASSIVE. Measures almost 3/4" in diameter...anyone know where I can find some decent shift ***** that will fit this beast?
I keep finding the lame universal ones ;-)

I am using a 4th gen leather one from a 96 Trans Am. Screws right on.
