Update: 89 Camaro RS

Well just thought i would fill you guys (gals) in with my progress so far...

Car is painted. The color was changed from white to a real bright red. The car didnt look perfect when under the painting lights because of a little dust, but outside it looks nearly perfect. Still going to wetsand after a month. The cowl induction hood I custom made from a scoop and a steel hood was made smooth so it is going to go on until it cracks or looks bad. But it is the older z-28 cowl induction hood and IMO the best cowl for camaro's/

Rims: I just bought a set of Cragar S/S 15x7 rims. They cleaned up pretty well. Some chrome chipping is there but not noticable from 5 feet away. Then the guy has another set of cragar s/s rims but the fronts are 15x4 and rears are 15x10's. They have drag radials on the back so more than likely this is for the track.

Engine: Was supposed to go in last Saturday but because of the mini-blizzard we got it's going in this Saturday instead. The engine sounded really mean. Nice and lopey. So i'm excited to drive this car. New paint job and engine.

For the near future:
Rear end: I am going to go with a 9-inch rear end under fear of breaking the 7.5 rear on my car. So saving money again. The camaro is close to being done. Want subframes, 4th gen seats, and i think I'll call it quits. But those car go on when i get money...

Well i just thought I would fill you guys in so that's the plans...
