hey i just picked up a non-functional powerbuldge hood and want to make it funtional!!!! how could i rig up something to open and close the hatch thing so that i could setup a button to open and close it?????

 

82-84 T/A's had functional cowl units. It was the actual unit that goes under the hood and a special lid for the aircleaner (has a hole to meet up w/ the cowl unit) I would say to look for the cowl induction unit and an aircleaner, also their was a grill in the scoop, instead of a blocking plate. Or you could just remove the backing (if their is any) and you would have some good under-hood ventilation.
