I think the front valence looks very cheesy, and the "ridges" on the doors come out way too far.
gawd dam....... shiesh. im sorry guys, i think i REALLY like it... especially those rims.... dammit, some photoshop the nose blur it together the seam,
and some one with real skill, make it black,

1. That is not a GTA. It is a base model car with GTA badging. it has the base model spoiler and the teardrop hood, where as GTAs have the aero-style spoilers, and the T/A double-vented hoods.
2. The body kit is ugly.
3. The only reason that car looks good is because it is VERRRRY clean. I will give it that much. The rims look pretty good too.
4. I am under the strong belief that car is a 1/24 or similar scale model.
Look closely, I didn't even figure it out at first.

yea, the ridges on the door do come out a bit-it should have been more "smooth"-they should have sanded it down a bit-especially on the front bumper-but other then that, i think its cool

Thats a little much for my taste, but its not bad. I've seen worse! I prefer the original lines of the 3rdgen 'Bird.
EDIT: Upon closer examination, that does appear to be a model. Damn good job though!

Thank g0d its a model... im pretty open minded when it comes to that stuff, like the evo kit which I like, but that thing is just plain sad.

88 WS6 TransAm GTA-no offense or anything, but for someone to spend about 9 g's on that kit-come on, thats just crazy-if they do make this kit-what, maybe $1500-2000 the most-still its high . . .but it still has a 3rdgen look to it rather then making it into an exotic-this was mentioned i think in another post so i'm not gonna agrue about that . . .
everyone has their own taste, lets leave it at that-

Thanx jawz, i dunno, maybe its too square up front, like maybe if the bottom was tilted inward, not sure, so far, not too many people are receptive...
personally i think fourth gen interior, red neon accent, nice tire shine, LT4 underthe hood, T-56, PRO5.0 shifter, silver Billet Shifter, leather INT, LED vents, billet pedals, neon to accent, MB quart all around, JL audio amps, Eclipse Alum subs.
we need something to start with for a ground effects kit for GT Auto to start with, any others have any ideas?
Thanx!
P.S a LaLA for TAS :lala:
Hell, he deserves two, :lala:
one for noticing the model because of the B-Pillar, and the windshield frame comming out too.

I think that is too much for the ground effects! But if you like it!
LOL even if it is a model, it looks really strange.
My car is a base model bird, not a Formula, but is my "Formula".

Actually, I believe that model was copied off a real body kit. A long time ago there was a post with all kinds of gfx and there was one picture of a 91/92 firebird with a gfx kit that was very similar to that, just not as gawdy. And it definitely didn't have though mustang look-a-like pieces behind the front fenderwells.

That's the predator kit. Looks pretty good. The other one that that model is copied from is different. It was on a white car. I'll see if I can find the pictures somewhere.

I like admrlam's car with the exception of the front bumper... they really need to redesign that part... other than that it kicks ***.
I finally figured out why it looks so weird, it's becasue the guy with that so called GTA acually cut out the panels where it flares out. Just look at the doors. I think he wanted it to have more definition. I like the front though. Yeah the Kobel Kit or Predator kit from MCK actually the F-body kits all the same except for the front piece which varies.

82camaro, do you have any more pics of your car? I went to your site but couldn't find any.
Also he kept the 91 rear bumper with the rear quarter panel ground effects. The guy probly didn't hav ethe right bumber which was on earlier firebirds. Hey buby you know whos car that is, because I would like to have that rear part to the Kobel kit. I have the vents on it.

Car: 91 Firebird GTA
so how hard is it to install on the car??? 82camaro-did you have it installed or did you do it yourself?
I was talking to the people at mck because it says for firebird (not trans am) because I have the ground effects on my car-the sales rep. said if I remove the stock gfx, the kit would fit . . .RIGHT? it makes sense, but i wanna be certain
thanks
