You don't have to like it, but you have to live with it. I know we've changed at least one avatar of a scantily clad woman before. I've worked at two places in the last 4 years which would not tolerate pics of that nature, no matter how much you think they are acceptable. Some of us do work in professional office environments. One of my employer's major clients is a Southern Baptist theological seminary, and if they happened to drop in for a visit while something like that was on my screen, you can bet that they would have issues with it.
