Help! Need images of the "bird"

I've got a nifty new interior mod in the works, but I need a few different graphics of the "flaming chicken" to use as a pattern. It must be the third gen bird, not the second or 4th. Same as on the sail panels of our cars. Please email them to me or post them here. I'll be sure to post details of this new mod if it works alright. TIA

i found that pic when i was looking for the replacement decals for my car. the hood on that car is the same as mine, which is stock on my 88 formula 5.0 it's just a little shaker scoop positioned to the driver side, looks pretty cool but i'm goin with the ram air fiberglass hood from GTA. but yeah, stock 88 formula 5.0 hood, i think i saw it on a formula 350 once too!

Thos hoods were on a bunch of T/As and later the Forumlas. I think they were on the T/A from 82 to 85 or something and then they came back on Forumlas in 87...I'm not too certain on the years, but its a stock hood. In the early years it was functional, its an offcenter cowl induction hood.

Just a little info for you guys, the 'power buldge hood' is an adaptation of the late second gen turbo hood with the 4.9 turbo powerplant. Pontiac originally planned to put the 4.9L turbo in to the thirdgen (which would have resulted in a greater performing '82 T/A) but that was when GM did the coporate cuts and forced pontiac to use the 305 corporate motor (ouch). So instead pontiac desided to use the turbo hood anyway and just make it functional for a carbed 305. The T/A used this funtional hood until '84 but then when the formula came out pontiac decided to use this hood again but it was non-functional until '92. I've also thought I would be cool to find a old 4.9 turbo and put it into a 82-84 T/A and REALLY use the turbo hood. But that's a crazy idea and it's not economically sound because you can build a nice SBC and have a faster car, I just think it would be nostalgic and cool. I hope this helped, Dave.

thanks for the correction 82RECAROTA, I assumed that the 82 LG4 also used the functional hood, but you learn something new everyday! and heres a pic of a second gen turbo hood for reference to brighten up this post

notice the little turbo lights?
