97 firebird center console question

For anyone who has done a 4th gen console swap in a camaro, i am going to put this in my car, do u think it will work or do i need to go with a 96? thanks

Well,i ran out of time on that console so i just won a 96 firebird console, its auto like mine, I will post some pics when i am done.
