Egh Door Question

Hi, uhmm as we all know 3rd gens have a driver door sagging problem, BUT! mine is different because...instead of the top hinge being the problem it is the bottom hinge, the roller pin bushin is SIDEWAYS! ahh its horrible instead of it being like this [ ] its like this \ \ and my door is making that ginat rubbing crack noise and I think the only way to fix is replacing lower hinge but its welded on as we also now, how do I go about fixing this problemo??

Transmission: TH-700R4
You will need GM part# 20314681 (lower body side hinge strap). This part is not welded to the door, it is bolted to the body. The old part has three holes to bolt it to the body. The new one only has two. You must transfer the third hole to the new part with some sort of temlpate.

The new part comes with a new roller, and new beshings already installed.
