Ghetto gfx repair options

I need some input on fixing my front gfx. When my car got hit last June one of the things that was damaged was the front ground effect where it wraps around on the left. The tabs on the back which stick through the fender were ripped off leaving it hanging off the fender on that side. I got a fender from Pull-A-Part and, I know this sounds pretty ghetto, but as a temporary fix I Super Glued the gfx to the fender. It worked great for a while but the other day it came off. I want to know if there is a better substance to use to bond plastic to metal which would be more of a permanent fix. I'm trying to get out of having to buy a new front ground effect.

That's a pretty easy fix. Line your gfx up on your fender where you want them and drill a small hole into your fender through the gfx vent. Do it at an angle so the screw will be hidden. Get a black sheet-metal screw and screw it on.

I was thinking about epoxy, but there are so many different ones, I would need to know which one is ideal for plastic to metal bonding.
