its a 85 transam

it has 2 dents both aren't creased and only one is clearly visable
the car is primer redish brown and has no other scraches or dentsand completly no rust
the interior is spottless

he just put on a new cat-back exhaust and new plugs/wires
he also is puttin in a new steering column/locks (it was stolen at one point)
it has 118000 miles
k heres the good part
he just wants to get rid of it so i can get it for $800
i figure if i get it i can a earl shie paint job and resell it

I was wondering what kind of resale i would get on average ????

not worth it

every car comes with paint on it. won't up the resale. I would give him 500 for the car. 800 sounds a little high for a camaro with that mileage. I put 1500 into redoing the WHOLE interior and I will be lucky if i can get 3500 for it in a couple of years, especially since it has no smog, and you will need to know someone to get it inspected. I paid 3,500 for mine a month ago. I feel I got ripped. Check the sig and tell me what you think?

Left out the american racing baja rims, Grant wheel, from the sig.
I basically paid for the engine.

$800 is dang cheap! Buy it and roll it on e-bay if you don't want to keep it. I'm guessing with some good pictures, maybe a wax job, you could get a few grand out of it. 118k miles is not much...
