you can just plug the new cluster right in. no other changes needed

I am not sure about just doing the speedo. You are better off just getting the entire gauge cluster. If you do a search on the board for gauge swaps they is bound to be a step by step. It shouldnt take too long at all. You have to remove dash pad and remove the bezel from around the cluster. Unplug the cluster from all the connecters and then reverse steps with new cluster
