Rattling and more rattling

how can i make my door a little bit tighter so that the window doesnt rattle. im not really sure if there is anything i can tighten or not. but any help would be appreciated.

there is a tech. article on the home page of this site that handles it pretty well, it mainly deals with window adjustments but it also adresses the rattling.
