can u change tbar without changeing the weather striping has anyone done it and not changed weather striping any help would be nice thanks

 

Not unless your weatherstripping is either so old that the adhesive is worn out completely, or if it was never glued down in the first place. There's 10 screws holding it down, 6 visible, and 4 under the weatherstripping, so if you can't lift up your weatherstripping then no.
