I'm trying to match paint to a dark blue 92 RS, but I can't seem to find the paint match code (Shouldn't it be on the radiator support?), either that or it was removed at some point. As near as I can tell it's the original factory color, underneath the carpet is all painted the same color, and so is the engine bay, and under the t-top t-bar and weatherstripping was also that color, so unless someone did a REALLY good aftermarket paint job, I'm going to assume it was factory, which means it was probably "medium quasar blue" judging by the colors released that year. Does someone know the paint code for that color or tell me if there's some reason to believe mine isn't the factory color?

You've got to be talking about Medium Quasar Blue metallic. It's really more of a bright blue though. Anyway it's code 80U.
