Custom dash
I have seen pictures around here, where the dash has been recessed like 8" or something, and was wondering if anyone can explain how to do this?
welp, first off you get yerself a B.D.H (a big dam# hammer).
find some band aids, cause yer gonna need em'. Honestly I couldn't tell you what to do. In order to recess it at all would require you to cut the dash pad, supports, steering column brace etc, etc. Unless someone here has done it before and has a better method. But I'm almost sure a B.D.H would recess it as much as you want it to. It might not be as purty, but it would be recessed none the less. good luck, you'll need it.
