Autometer fuel pressure gauge

I recently had my autometer gauge recalled and so i sent it in and got my new one back. which i was happpy about, i hooked it up, it worked good, but now all of a sudden it just stays pinned at 100 and never comes down, i no my car isnt' running at 100psi, i drove it and its not running anymore rich than it was before. what is the deal? i checked all wiring. Its a sport comp 0-100psi electric gauge. thanks guys

Why not call Autometer about it?? I'd assume they have a tech line!

Thanks for reminding me. I completley forgot about the recal with those. Did you just return the sender or did you have to return the gauge too?

recall

I sent both the guage and the sender back in. Be prepared to wait, it took 3-4weeks to get mine back, i was not happy but then i got it and it was a full sweep but why it doesn't work i dont' know for sure. i've checked all wiring like 3 times, gonna **** me off if i have to send it in again.

I am effected as well. I haven't taken the time to make sure my model is on the recall. I sure don't want to take the a-pillar apart to send back the gage. Especially since it was a custom gage at that time (carbon fiber face). Mine is a 0-100 psi gage, but I'm only hitting it with 14-15 psi max (still TBI). Lon
