I just bought a set of Sparco Torino Reclinable seats.... with sliders etc... i was wondering 2 things
1. The bolt that holds the slider to the seat, does anyone know what kinda bolt it is? course thread? fine thread etc....
2. Did anyone build custom brackets for it? if so, could you make another set, id gladly pay for them, or send me some info on what you did to make them! thanks!

Post some pics when you get them in the car. Torinos are very cool looking seats. Are they comfortable?

I have sparco trinos on my T/A too, and I used my old brackets and welded a piece on then to hold the bolts in the front, sorry don't know what kind of bolts they were but the orig. seat bolts worked.I couldn't see spending $50 each for the brackets, and another $50 each for the sliders.
I put them on the back first but didn't have enough leg room so I moved them up front and they work great.and no the extra dosn't stick out,its all covered by the seat bottom.
Here is a pic. for you

and the finished product. You also can use the orig, bolt covers too to finish it nice

I have the Corbeau Targa seat, which looks remarkabley similar to those. My Corbeau seats sit about 2" higher than the stock seats. I am only 5'6", and my head is about 1/2" from the roof. So I can forget about wearing a helmet. Do the Sparco seats sit high Too ?

mine dont sit to high and Im 6'4"
I think its in the brackets,,I tried the universal brackets and sliders for mine (only because the guy gave me a deal on them) but they were way to tall..so I made my own work, and Im glad I did.
No I don't still have them.

and as for the cost of torinos,,,about $500 each
