Some guy I know is parting out a 91 RS. He said that he will sell me the whole interior for $100 it is in good condition . Should i go for it? Also he is trying to sell the engine and trans for $600-$800 bucks its a 305 tbi should i consider that too.

 

I would say yeah, if you think you'll need anything out of it. If not, you can always sell bits and pieces to the rest of us freaks. When you say the interior, is that everything that can be removed down to the sheet metal? If so, that's a lot of stuff for $100. As far as the engine/transmission, depends on the mileage, condition, etc.

 

if by whole carpet he mean everything down to the carpet, seats, all interior plastics, etc., definately buy that. you could easily triple your money on ebay if everything is in good shape

 

He said every thing I can grab just not the dash and the gauges which is ok cus they would not bolt up.
