seatbelt installation... torque??

seatbelt installation... torque??
Hi, I just got a ticket for an out of date inspection sticker so I figure it's time to fix my busted-out seatbelt. I've got a Haynes manual, but I can't find how much to torque put on it. Does anyone have any clue? Thanks,

I just tighten them down real snug. Their only torx anyway, they wont take much to round them out.
