Need help calibrating speedo

Engine: 5.0 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Need help calibrating speedo
Recently, well ok a few months ago, I pt 255/60/r16 on the car. Now the speedo is way off, unless my car is seriously messed up and does 55 at more than 2k rpm. Anyways, where can I get a new gear, and what ratio, to replace the one in the tranny that turns the cable?

2.8 v6
auto, 700r4
3.42 rear
255/60/16 tires
