Tips on replacing nose

I tried to do a search on this, maybe just too tired to word the keyword correctly. I walked out of my job today to find some *** had backed over the nose of my IROC. It destroyed the urethane nose, and screwed the hood up. My question is how bad is it to take these off? The bumper cover. I've done some bodywork before, but I am not going to try to repair the plastic, any help would be greatly appreciated!!:hail:

ok, since i have this new nose i had to take the entire front end off my car...bumper and all...

first thing you need to know is that you need at least 5-6 hours to do this...2.5 to take off, 2.5 to put back on and the rest of the time is to make everything square up..

i dont remember exactically how many bolts there are holding it on id guessamate about16 or so...4 on the outmost part of each side and about 8 directly on the bottom under the car..

you have to get the headlight assembly off first b4 you do anything else..

dont touch the fenders it may look like you need to but you dont..

if you have an air rachet thats the best way(itll save your knuckles)

they all should be #10 bolts on there...

i think your horns have to come off as well(dont quote me on that though)

if and when you get into this pm me and ill do my best to help you through it...

here is a pic of what it looked like when the nose was off

I like that shot of your spoiler...not many people around here like wings like that.

Did you design your front end yourself, or is it that one 'import style' thats sold for like $450 or so?

Thanks for the pics, hopefully I'll get to it this weekend. A friend of mine scored a new nose from GM. Thanks again
