F/R Bumper and ground FX's conversion?'s

I've got an '87 firebird basemodel with the LG4.
I took off my passenger side fender,Front bumper, rear bumper.
Right now I'm doing alot of body work on it as you can see and all that crap.
I plan on putting the '87-'90 trans am body parts on which include the F/R bumpers,Ground effects,Spoiler.
Can anyone give me some help on how to put the ground effects on to my car?
I thought I needed to drill holes in the sheet metal to bolt the ground effects onto but I'm not sure.
Here's some pics.

ground f/x mounting

well as far as mounting them on you will have to drill holes ,the body, fenders, doors and the trunk space along the bottom and have the fenders off you will most likely have to drill holes in those too because I own a 91 t/a with the ground f/x/a.k.a.showboat material and I've looked over every spot were they bolted the material down so you are gonna be busy for couple of hrs.

more pics but the red dots kinda indicate the mounting spots but remember these are rough draft demos so they might not be too
accurate!
