how would i go about changing the yellow or orange tail light turn signal part of the tail light to red so it matches the brake lights??

 

yes you can. but do a "searcH" for this topic... click on "search" at the top of your sceen, type in "painting tail lights" and see what you get, should be about 20 good posts on this by now.

basically you use testors paint and clearcoat it, looks great
