alright, when i bought my car it didnt have a key for the drivers side door (door was replaced after it was hit). would it be cheaper just to get new locks to put in and how hard is this to do and where can i get them? or should i just have a locksmith make me a key, and how much does this cost? adn last question, is there any way i can just order a key for the door?? like a vin number on the door? there isnt any number on the rear part so where else should i look? thanks alot

 

If you have the key, you can go to your local GM dealership with your original key and they can make you a new lock cylinder. I think it cost around $40 here in Canada.
