Some much needed Rust work.

Once I rob a bank (because this is the only way to get the money) and have the money to have the rust work done on my baby should I put the ground effects back on? I think this is one of the reasons for the rust other than being 19 years old. In Ohio if anyone else is from here we all know that winters suck and Ohio dumps many tons of salt on the roads so I am sure that this was a factor in the rust also. First I guess I should tell you that my uncle GAVE :hail: me this 1984 Z-28 beauty. It was an everyday driver for him. He had it painted a couple of times but I don't think he had the ground effects taken off and cleaned-up under. Well now that I own it, it seems like all it does is rust. Well now that I am done giving the life story of the car I will ask what I wanted. WHEN!!! I get the rust work done should the ground effects be put back on or should I have them kind of painted on? Let me know what you all think. I would like to make my baby look like she just rolled off the show room floor. So I guess I am saying I am going to put them back on but I don't want to have to go through this again because I was quoted a price of $3,000 - $3,500 so I don' t want to have to do this too often. What is the best way to fix the ground effects on the nose of the car? Some how the corner of the ground effect got cracked pretty good and I want to fix it before it breaks off. What is the best way to do this? Also if you are from Ohio (preferably central Ohio) where is a good place I can take my car for this work to be done? Thanks for you help.
