i want to remove my current rear window tint because i would like to get a darker on put on... is this something i can do myself..

in an article i have about my car it says i have a "lexan adhesive window tint" i don't know if that means anything but it's what i have.

so should i pay to get it done, or attempt myself?

 

I've removed tint before, it was the factory tint on my 83 pickup. I used a single edged razor and some windex. If your window has a rear deforster it may take a difern't method.
