ok, ive heard a few people talking abou this, but i dont really get what it is. Does anyone have a picture of one so i can finally understand?

just taken a guess here but I think it might be the front ground effect piece

there was a post with a white z that had a extension on the chin spoiler. He may be talking about that

You mean a spliter? That was on that white car. Its to reduce drag and to keep the car stuck on to the pavement i believe. Unless you drive over 150mph all of the time, its useless. And some people do refer to the front ground effect as a lip or even a chin spoiler. Sorry, no pics, try a search.
