I have a small mostly rounded dent (half dollar size or perhaps a bit bigger) at the top of the pass side A piller. Are there any easy fixes?

You could take the A pillar molding off and pound it out to the best it can be. Then its going to take a little body filler to make it perfect to the eye. Then match the paint. Try to just push it out and see where you go from there.
