I have a 84Z28 and the door mirror on the drivers side(yours) is the type that you can adjust from just inside the door(not electric). The little switch just doesnt control the mirror and the mirror always points in the wrong direction. There is no control what-so-ever. I have a spare mirror from an 83model Berlinetta but it is different on the brackets that hold the mirror. The reason I said yours on the drivers side is that the car is in Australia (we drive on the wrong side of the road) and the parts are a little hard to get. Any help on getting some control to the mirror so that it will operate.
