How much (roughly) would it be for me to get ground effects painted for an 85 camaro (that includes the front, the sides, and also a back bumper) as well as getting a spoiler painted? I also wish to get about 4 rust spots sanded out and painted that are all about the size of a quarter. If you have any idea or know how much atleast part of this will cost let me know. I appreciate it.

It really depends on which shop you take it to, and the type of paint and prepwork they have to do. I would go around town and get some quotes from different shops and find out how good they really are.
