my power locks are acting up. they will unlock the doors but they will not lock them. Any suggestions?

 

is it doing it on both sides? Try cleaning the contacts on the switch. if that dont work then check the relay. also check to make sure the door lock slider thing is no binding up. make sureit moves freely back and forth

 

yea it is doing it on both doors

 

make sure there is no play in the rod that moves the lock. Just take off the door panel and check the rods. Make sure they arent bent, if they are just straighten them. Make sure there is no 'play' in the parts.

 

i posted a thread about this problem too, my pass. locks, my driver lock looks like it is locked (orange pieces isnt showing) but doesnt quite go far enough, its easily locked with hand just not with power..not a big problem to me..just gotta remember to maually do it
