Small Accident....Big Bucks

Someone recently hit my car and drove off. I don't feel like raising my insurance, so I figure I'll be stuck with the repairs. I was expecting something along the lines of $500 max, but was uphalled when I got an estimate for $710. What do you guys think of this. The following pictures are of the damage, the ground effects quarter moulding is cracked, that fiberglass pieces, and the quarter panel is bent in a little bit. Also a little bit of paint was taken off the recently repainted bumper. The guy is charging me 109.01 for the quarter molding where i found it online (http://www.rustrepair.com/app2/onlin...m?p=sm-pontiac) for $25.73 What are your thoughts overall on the price and everything overall? I have the pictures of the damage and the estimate following this message.

Considering the damage in the first pic, $710 is cheap. 1/4 panel work is more labor intensive than other panels because you either have to cut it and weld a new one in, or spend a lifetime bringing that one back from the dead.

I adjust claims for a living. You got a good estimate. I've seen work like that done for well over $1000 and I ok it for an insurance company.

Like stated above, 1/4 pnl work is labor intensive. That estimate is in line.
