DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! I currently have some on my pedals and the brake no longer glows and the gas pedal only half glows. I have a pretty cheap pair so if you buy the expensive ones they might work but I know some people that have them and they had the same problem. It is not worth the money for the couple months worth of glowing.

What's the point? Do you have a hard time finding your pedals at night or something?

I have a set of green ones on my car to match my green flame tattoo that goes from my ankle to my knee. I've had them about a year now with no problems except learning to keep my size 12 shoe off both petals at the same time(scary). I really got them as a joke but have grown to like them. I want a red set so I can have a red brake pedal and a green gas pedal. I mounted the dimmer switch in the upper left corner of the radio bezel and you can barely see it.
