White Face Gauges
Hello,
I am in the process of making some white faced gauges for my 92 RS and I have hit a problem......
I have everything scanned up and ready to print but the photo paper that I am using is letting too much light through and I can see all of the mechanical stuff behind the gauges.
Does anyone know of a better paper to use or someplace where I can get it printed?

That is a common problem, there is no real way to fix it as to my knowledge unless you go with some sort of Electro-luminescent sheets like they use on many of the aftermarket jobs.
I live with it at night for now, but when I get the gumption, I will be making my own Photo-Luminescent backgrounds for my Formula since no one wants to make an amber background...

easy problem to fix,
Just make another gauges set, but reverse it, make all the numbers and letters white, and everything you dont want to light up black, Take the 2 gauges you printed out and put them together (the "negative" on behind the "white" one) Then when you turn on the lights you will only see what shines the the "negative" sheet onto the "white" sheet.
