Putting in power windows!! HELL YA! Any tips?

Hey all, Im getting ready to put in power windows this weekend and I was wondering if anyone who has done it before has any hints, tips, and tricks to help this go as smoothly as possible. I am trading straight up for my manual stuff, so is there anything that breaks easily (besides the window) that I need to be carefull w/ so I dont have to buy new stuff? Also, where do I run my wires to and how do I get them thru the door...I have power locks, but I didnt see any wires for them. Thanx for any help!
