Cig. Lighter Wire?

Cig. Lighter Wire?
Yah, I'm trying to fix my Cig Lighter and I was took off the top of my center console but cant find the wire to connect the cig lighter too. What does it look like and where is it? What color wires should i look for.

IIRC the positive is orange and has a plastic connecter/clip on the end that clips to the flange on thebottom of the lighter cylinder. The ground wire is black and connects to the flange on the outer edge of the bottom of the lighter cylinder.
