How many of your cars have rear shoulder straps? A friend of mine says he's never seen any thirdgens with shoulder strap seat belts in the rear. Both my thirdgens have them, so it is just odd that I have them, or is my friend blind?

 

I have them, but havent installed them yet. I think it was part of an int package or something..you might wanna check the history board for sure. But originally my 85 SC came with lap belt seat belts in the rear and when I swaped out my int form caramine red to black and grey, the bird that donated the int panels to my car had the sholder seat belts in the rear.

 

from what i know gm started to put in over shoulder belts for the rear seats in '89.

 

i don't have sholder belts in my 84 camaro. i always get pulled over for that. dam cops

 

My 89 RS had them, but their not in my 85 Z28. I think that every 3rd Gen after 89 had them.
