rear gfx
I have a 84' SC. I'm putting gfx's on it & I have all pieces but...Is the rear bumper one piece (buy new one) or is it a piece that bolts onto existing bumper?
Thankx

Welcome to the boards
,
The rear bumper is one piece, for the gfx years these bumpers are the same: 82-84, 85-90, 91-92. The sport coupes got a different rear bumper than the others, since the bumper has to have the same shape as the body because theres no gfx. Also the rear gfx that goes inbetween the bumper and rear wheel well are different in years just like the bumpers, 82-84, 85-90, 91-92. What kind of gfx are you putting on? I did the swap almost a year ago, I went from a 85 sc to a 88 SC look alike. I wish I could have gotten my hands on a set of 91-92 gfx to put on instead of 85-90 gfx. The front bumper will only work for these years 82-84, and 85-90 "they just used different spoilers."

Thanks for the reply. Now I know what to get.
I'm putting on gfx from a 85' or 86' Z28. I got them from a friend who was going to put them on her camaro, but she totalled it. So she gave them to me.
I'm going to finish sanding (when I get off wk in about 30 minutes!) the side pieces. Front is ready for paint.
I'm gonna go, so I can call a junk yard, I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Thanks again, very much appreciated!
