Rocker panel emblem question.

Rocker panel emblem question.
OK, I need new gold "IROC" rocker panel emblems. I hear GM will discontinue them soon, and they've already stopped the rear bumper gold "IROC".
Here's my question, If I buy new emblems, do they have the black holder/backing piece too? Do you know what I mean? The emblem seems to sit in a holder, kinda like Iroc center caps for wheels.
If they are not included, which I imagine they not, where can I get those.....I've never seen em before, ( in any catalog).

The rocker emblems on my 85 IROC (which I replaced from GM) are of one piece.
