1992 Camaro RS 305 TBI convertible

I have noticed that my front parking lights lens are cloudy or have some condensation in them. They seem to work fine, but I would like the lens to be clearer. I did not notice any screws or anything else (for that matter) holding the lens on.

So the question is this: How do you take the darn parking light lens out to clean them up.

Underneath the front of the car remove the plastic covers to access the parking lights and then you can see the two nuts that attach the parking light.

 

as far as the actual lense, it is glued on with some foam glue stuff...but you can just put some water in there and then dry them out and that will get rid of the condensation and possibly not make the lense as cloudy

 

I filled mine with about a quarter inch of Simple Green and let them soak overnight. Afterward I flushed them with water, drained them, and then used a hair dryer to through dry the interior. Worked well--however, condensation is a problem with thirdgen cars. I 'believe' there is a tech article on how to solve the problem. On the outside of the lenses, try a product such as Soft Cut to shine and polish.
