Spray Painting Rubber TA Spoiler

Well I just got my 91 TA Gfxs all painted and the 89 Ta front end sprayed by my friend, and came out awesome. But now I think I'm going to have to get the rubber spoiler painted maui blue to match the rest of the car. Right now its just plain unpainted black rubber. Looks like poopy, lol. I'm thinking bout just spray painting it and having some flex agent added to the paint so the thing wont flack too soon. What you guys suggest? I think Eventually I'm going to just end up geting a fiberglass 4th gen spoiler, or 91-92 iroc highrise or something else.

PRIMER - Add Flex agent
Base coat - no need to do anything
CLEAR COAT - Add Flex Agent

thats what I did in 1998 and it still looks great...
