I sent CHUCK an email about my SS emblems that I ordered on may29th. I sent him a check and in one email he responded that I had to wait 10 businesses days for it to clear. I sent him another email yesterday and this was his response.

Any one ever deal with them?

Dear Customer,

We've been moving into a new location and expanding the business. Things have been very hectic over the last 2 or 3 weeks. Our network is not yet functional at the new location, so our shipping department has not been able to log in shipments. I've hired more help to cover our extra workload. Orders have been going out steadily, but there have been some delays due to the move. I'll have someone dig through our shipping paperwork to see if and when your order has gone out. If your message just says "has my stuff shipped", with no first and last name on the message or in the "From" field, it will take a little longer to research who you are and what you ordered. Please be patient, as we receive 80-100 emails a day and, due to our temporary networking limitations and extra workload, email currently comes second to order processing and shipping.
