Damn, that is one looooong sentence. Your english isn't up to par either, hehe. Just playin. You can pick a new lever up on ebay or at a local junkyard. It'd be easier to find those than just that little winshield washer thing.

The only way I know of to replace it is to replace the whole switch. You have to remove the steering wheel and locking plate to get to it.

agreed. you need a steering wheel puller and a locking plate vise. Once you have those, the rest is cake. Take off the wheel, take off the locking plate, and I believe the signal arm is one screw right there. Maybe two. I can't recall.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!

Have you guys gone cookoo?

All you have to do is grab the whole turn-signal lever, twist back and forth, and pull straight out at the same time....It should pop out within a few tries.....

I have done this plenty of times....trust me....

I may try that. The one on the Formula is broke as well as the one on the replacement column I bought for her.

Superglue is for wusses!!!!

Duct Tape is the all american fix-it. And it comes in really pretty colors now, or you could paint to match.

j/k

Either you have gone cookoo or your car is built different than later years. If you can twist the turn signal arm out, you have a broken screw inside.

On the 89 column I have, the level just pulls out.
