How do you remove interior door panels?
I want to put on the new door weatherstripping, but I don't know how to get the upper window filler channel or the door panels off without damaging any of the clips. How do I do this?
Also, How do I remove the automatic shifter from so I can remove the center console?

there's a nice little tech article on the main thirdgen.org page about removing the door panel.. i followed it when i removed mine yesterday, and it went without a hitch.

for the auto shifter,
look on the side of the shifter facing the radio. You will see a little horizontal metal bar. Stick a small screwdriver behind it and pull it out. It is a "u" clip. Once removed the shifter handle slips right off.
good luck,
bill
